| The Raven Effect that I executed on Caleb |
May as well update it now. As Eddie, Bear, and I know, Eddie captured the Intercontinental title only three days before TLC. I saw this as a great opportunity to have our first ever two-title Tag Team Ladder Match. Eddie and I would team against Storm and Caleb, with both the Intercontinental and World Championships on the line. If Storm and Caleb won, Storm would be the IC Champ and Caleb would be the World title. I had given Caleb another shot at the title two weeks before this to get Eddie out of a con-chair-to from Caleb. Storm had earned the No.1 contender's spot to the IC title by beating Tiger in a 2-out of-3 Falls match at
Fall From Grace. So there was plenty of reason behind this main-event match. Both Chris and Eddie came to the ring sporting new matching "pink lightning" gear. Chris and Eddie took out Storm early and double-teamed Caleb, even going so far as to hit a double DDT on the floor. Chris then grabbed a ladder and tried to grab down the titles for he and Eddie, but Storm came in and hit the ladder, causing Chris to stumble sideways off of it to the mat. Storm himself tried to grab both titles but Eddie caught him, delivering a superplex 10 feet to the mat. Eddie placed the ladder over Storm, and Chris flew off the top rope with the Air Psycho, drilling the ladder into Storm. Caleb seized advantage and hit the Twist of Hate to Chris right down onto the ladder, without realizing Storm was still underneath it. This caused an argument between Caleb and Storm when Storm got up, leading to a superkick from Storm on Caleb. Storm walked off and left Caleb to a two-on-one beatdown by Eddie and Chris. Chris hit the Raven Effect DDT on Caleb, but
Caleb was able to fight back into it, dodging an 18-foot Air Psycho by Chris which broke the commentators' table (and Chris) in half. Caleb and Eddie battled up the ladder but Caleb punched Eddie below the belt. Eddie fell off the ladder and Caleb tried to grab the belt. Bear and Tiger ran out and attacked Caleb before hitting him with a double powerbomb through another ladder outside. They helped Eddie up and when Tiger helped Chris up, Chris said, "Here kitty kitty kitty kitty" and fell on his face. Tiger looked at him like "What deh fuck, bro?", as Bear helped Eddie grab both titles for he and Chris. This time it was Eddie carrying Chris backstage.
